Boncath 10 km from Cardigan: The grounds of 2 ha (5 acres) are of fields and woodland for guest use.The property is situated in a quiet position next to an old watermill where hand made preserves are made and sold. Small stream passes by the house. Full range of shops, restaurants and pubs in Cardigan approx 10km. There are lots of pretty coves with clean sandy beaches in the area, the nearest being approx 15 minutes drive. 2 National parks in the area, one a coastal park which runs round the striking cliff coastline with over a hundred miles of pathways. Guest are welcome to watch the preparation of the preserves. Cot and high chair available on request. Good position for excursions to the restored Iron Age village, Mediaeval castles, 13th century Bishops Palace in St Davids, the new National Botanical garden of Wales etc. Plus lots of activities available such as walking, climbing, fishing, pony trekking, golf, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing. Farm-house "Felin Wen Farmhouse", from the 18th-century. For shared use: grounds 2 ha. In the house: central heating. Parking by the house. Shop 10 km, grocers 1 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bar 1 km.
